1. Return Eligibility

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Shipping charges, COD charges, or handling fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation after production has started.
